It’s getting warm out, and that means I’m starting to crave smoothies again! I’m a fan of green smoothies because they are a simple and delicious way to get in lots of nutrition.
Below is my favorite recipe:
8 oz coconut milk (or other milk if preferred)
1-2 handfuls spinach
1/2 cucumber, cubed and preferably frozen
1 green apple, cubed
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/4 avocado
Makes about 16 oz of smoothie.
